The bus and boat tour was great. We had awesome guides. The bus and boat boarding was un-organized and we waited over 30 min for the bus to pick us up after the boat tour.

My honest review of this tour is that it was ok. Let’s begin with the positives. The price of the tour is fantastic, it is very affordable and you get a lot for what you pay for. The tour guides were great, they were both knowledgeable and entertaining. Both of our guides cracked jokes and made the tour enjoyable. The boat tour was a fantastic experience. You get to fully grasp Miami for all its grandeur. There are many opportunities to get beautiful pictures. You get the full view of the Miami skyline, which was breath taking. Very cool experience to see all the mansions up close. Now let’s talk about the negatives. The bus tour was awful. You barely see Miami. Didn’t see much of the city. The drive through coconut grove was nothing but ducking tree branches. The stop at Little Havana was just a stop at a cigar stop and gift shop. If you want to use the bathroom, you get directed to a burger shop where you have to buy something in order to use the facilities. Felt like a total trap. When you get to the pier, we once again got sat down at a restaurant where it felt like we were forced to buy something because it’s “THE BEST IN TOWN.” Now let’s talk about COVID. I was under the impression the tour would be 10 people. THE ENTIRE BUS WAS FILLED!! There was at least 30+ people. When we were in the cigar shop we were packed shoulder to shoulder like sardines. There was no sense of social distancing enforced what so ever. The bus and boat were FILTHY. I wish there was an option for me to post pictures to show you how disgusting everything was. It is not even a matter of COVID at this point, the bus and boat were just very dirty let alone disinfected. For this company to claim they “follow COVID guidelines” is an utter lie. There is no social distancing or sanitization. If you are concerned about COVID avoid avoid avoid. As a company I hope they do better to ensure the safety of their costumers. They should also improve the bus tour while they’re at it.
