The good: fun bus ride and boat ride at a good price. The bad: when we got off the bus, we were told to wait and a guide would take the group to a lunch spot before it was boat time. The guide and group left without some of us, leaving us not knowing what to do. This wasted our lunch time, which was short to begin with. When we finally found our guide, he didn’t care. He told us what time to meet him to get on the boat. Then when we did as we were told, we found the boat full on the outside! No one told us when or where to board early, very frustrating. Also, the bus stops for you to get a mojito. After paying $11 for it, we saw the worker give half the $ back to tour guide. We should have bought a $5 drink next door. Also, our drinks on boat were $15 and $18! Just some things to be aware of.

Great Bustour with a very good tourguide .... but the Boatstour was 1 hour delay, that was bad for us.

Did not deliver. Said would have two stops- Little Havana and Wynwood Walls. At the first stop, got there at 3:15pm; said to be back at the bus 3:35pm. The whole group was back, but no driver to be found. One of the passengers helped a second crew open the door to get in. Driver didn’t show until 3:45pm! No apologies, started moving without ensuring people on top deck were even sitting down. Headed through Wynwood Walls area but never halted, either skipping because of delay at first stop or for whatever other reason. Boat ran out of room on open deck (very top deck that sat 15 or 20 ppl was closed off). Last 10 people to board were forced to be on bottom which had a bar and bright lights reflecting off the windows (so could not see anything outside) Kids could see nothing at all because of window height. Rip-off....would not recommend nor repeat.
