Online ticket price is $28.49 for the Miami city and 90 minutes boat tour. As i had to drive to the departure point in Miami beach w/o knowing my arrival time, so that i did not make an online reservations. At the official ticketing office of the Miami Double Decker bus co., however, charged $39.00 only in cash excluding boat tour. For return, the bus didn't come at the scheduled time, so i had to wait 1.5 hours for the next bus. The passengers on the open upper deck are at risk of being hit by the numerous tree branches along the street. In contrast, the most popular Water Taxi in Ft. Lauderdale charges $23 for seniors either online or on the boat. The water taxi is fabulous and awesome experience.

Bus guide was good, audible and informative. The tour showed a good overview of Miami. The boat tour was also good but I could not hear the guide because of the engine noise. Even so it was a very pleasant tour even though it was raining very hard. Outstanding value for momey

Operated by Miami Tours we were on an old crappy bus that was most likely a retired public transit bus. It was dirty and in need of some repair. Be prepared to duck down multiple times if you choose to ride on the top level as the are many low hanging branches and bridges. We were warned by the guide in advance each time. With that said, the top level offers the best view by far. Our tour guide, Yanaisa was fantastic! A great personality and wealth of knowledge about the tour route highlights. She gave the tour both in English and Spanish. We saw some great sights on the route and with Miami prepping for the Super Bowl there were some unique sights. We did not like be herding into a cigar shop and gift shop in Little Havana. A better option would have been to use the 30 minutes on a self guided tour. The bus ride ended at Bayside. It is huge open air mall and a total tourist trap. As we choose the boat tour with our package we were once again heard directly to the Largo Bar and Grill where we were promised special tour prices. My wife said before we got there “the prices will be raised. Boy was she on target. No beer prices on the menu. We were charged $10.00 a can! An 18% tip was automatically added to the bill and we only had a party of four. I will post separate reviews for Bayside, Largo and the boat tour company Bayride Cruises. Overall we enjoyed the tour be really disliked the bearding concept to pre determine shops.
