We hopped off our cruise ship with about 6 hours to kill and headed into town to find a tour bus to show us around Miami before we left. (We’ve only been through Miami and wanted to spend a little time enjoying the city.) We had 2 large pieces of luggage and although the desk representative was dubious about the ability to handle the luggage, the bus driver was helpful and offered the space under the downstairs seats. perfect. With that, we paid our fees and jumped on the bus. The tour was wonderful. The day was overcast and windy, but very informative and friendly. After being carted around the city a bit, we had a great stop in Little Havana and then at the Bayside Market. We grabbed our luggage (which was safe and sound) and departed the tour. Some of the folks were jumping on a boat tour and some were catching the bus later. We just grabbed lunch and headed to the airport - VERY satisfied with their service and tour. I’d highly recommend - especially if you are pressed for time. We made our flight with LOTS of time to spare. Very happy with our experience!

Booked the tour day prior and upon arrival were directed to the queue for the incorrect bus. Once we we redirected to the appropriate bus it was full forcing us to sit on the top deck but not together. It was lightly raining (not their fault) and we had to purchase flimsy rain ponchos to wear. Little did we know that the route to Little Havana included 15 minutes on the expressway at 60 MPH. The worse part of the trip was that the PA system used for the historical narrative (the reason for the tour) was totally dysfunctional - we couldn't understand one word. This is the condition that we started the tour and this bus should never have beed put into service. The second half of the tour, on the boat was terrific. The crew were polite and the information that was was shared was excellent, with entertaining music mixed in. The tour director was animated and kept the interest of all aboard. Would certainly think twice about booking with this group.

I really enjoyed the bus and boat tour, it was definitely more than worth the amount. The tour guides were funny and so lively. I would definitely recommend this trip for anyone coming to Miami
