Visit to Little Havana was nice. Drive through Ocean Drive was good. Boat ride was ok - we should have taken in evening.

We booked a 4-in-1 tour. After calling to ask a few questions, I was instructed to order online. After ordering, it tells you to pay when you get to the office where you are to get picked up. When we arrived at t he office, we were informed that they only accept cash. Our tours were $100 per person, and we had 4 of us. Luckily, we happen to have enough with us. There were other customers who didn't have the cash. I think they should let you know that upfront on the website. The first day we did 3 of the activities, city bus tour, boat tour and Everglades tour. The bus tour was ok, the driving was a little scary, at one point on the way back, he took a turn so hard that the older lady in the seat across from me fell out of her seat. The boat tour was also ok, nothing spectacular. The Everglade airboat tour was good. We had a great guide with lots of knowledge, again, the bus ride home was a little rough. The second day, we did the full day Miami to Key West tour. The time in Key West was wonderful, the bus ride to and from...horrible. The seconds morning was the tour to Key West. We met at the main office on Lincoln St. When it was time to board we were told we HAD to sit in the upper level because there were more passengers to pick up. The group we picked up sat in lower level and a few in the upper level. On the way to Key West, the second group of passengers were celebrating an adult birthday and were very loud. At one point the driver allowed a passenger on the lower level to use the microphone and she started moaning and groaning in a sexual way. It was extremely inappropriate!! The driving was also very rough. We were told to meet at the bus at 5:30 for the return trip. We were there a little early, around 5pm so we could sit in the lower level because on the way, my sister became very car sick from the driving and being on the upper level. When the bus got there, the driver announced the group of 19 (the loud and obnoxious people) would board first so they could all sit together in the lower level. I said "we need a lower level seat because of car sickness".....He looked at me and said "oh well, sorry". Again the driving was rough and my sister was about to throw up because we had to sit in the upper level. The air conditioning vents in the seats did not work, only one that was on the side near the windows. The bus was very hot. I would never recommend this trip to anyone and will never use this company again.
