I booked online and they offered Free pick up and Drop Off in Hotel location .After i booked trip they told me we not give u free ride and pick up ...and its Non refundable I booked Uber and i reached over there .Very bad customer services.all staff has no manners ...Rude...They asked for compulsory Trip...Very Bad trip ....

I enjoyed this tour so much last year I opted to do it again. Some things are just Never the same. Bus tour narrator didn't describe 1/3 of the previous tour facts, however he did remind you several times that they work for tips!. After being dropped off at Bayside with Jerry. He stated to be back at 4:45 yet he didn't arrive until 5ish and recommended Largo Bar & Grill. Jerry, Jerry Jerry ! It was the worst dining recommendation ever. Upon boarding the tour boat which was truly overloaded given no seats available we saw the Highlights of Miami, celebrity homes, yachts and port. Despite not being able to understand a word this narrator muttered, the view was magnificent. Right up to the point a weather alert of the worst thunderstorm I have ever experienced was on the horizon. Not to leave anything out they instead let you be subjected to bolts of lightening, torrential rain and 35 it gusts. What type of imbicle looks out for their passengers this way letting their passengers get soaked and put in peril.. To make things worse there was no bus to bring you back to Miami Tours! A $25 cab ride later the day was over. I can't wait for the Coast Guard inquity. BEWARE !
