Great value. He only thing is that going through Coconut Grove is a waste of time: you have to duck every block due to low hanging branches and the houses in the neighborhood are just plain.

My wife and I clearly asked for tickets to a hop on hop off tour of Miami but after the bus started I was advised that the only stop was Little Havana and that the tour didn't even go to Wynwood which is what we particularly wanted to see. So not surprisingly I expressed my feelings to the tour host to which there was absolutely no attempt at service recovery. Then at the end of the trip, when I refused to give the tour narrator a tip, I received a bit of lip from him so I gave him some free career advice and a character assessment. A very unhappy experience.

Loved the morning half of this tour. We went to Little Havana and spent about a half-hour. I wish they would have given us more time here. This place is worth the visit. We went back to the mall and they set us up with a lunch at this place that was absolutely awful. The waitress was lazy, rude and generally unhappy. We have a picture of her scowling in the background. We were told lunch was to include free chips and salsa. It really meant one small meager bowl of chips. Lunch for 4 came to $72 including the 18% gratuity they added in. Way too much. The second part of the tour was a boat tour of Miami beach and seeing houses of all the wealthy people. It was fun, but the bus tour was so much better. You need a better lunch spot and more this in Little Havana!
