I booked the tour online with my family and friends? We were 7 total? Including a 10 months old baby. We were at the pick-up point on time, It was a Friday and we chose the 11:30 tour, which is the most popular/crowded. So there were many people and the tour brought 2 buses, which was a great initiative. The tour guides were great and funny, both on the bus and the boat. They were knowledgeable, engaging and added humor in the process, which made the whole experience quite enjoyable. The transfer from the bus to the boat was alright. We had about 30-40 min wait time between the 2 but it was alright. Both the bus and the boat tour were great and we enjoyed it. The main reason of my 3 stars rating is because there was absolutely no coordination or information about how to get back to South Beach/ the pick-up point after the boat tour was completed. We were left to ourselves and no one could provide any kind of information except to just wait where the bus had dropped us when we arrived at Bayside for the boat ride. I ended up calling a number and was told that the bus won't be there for another 1h20'... it was extremely frustrating, we couldn't wait that long, so we got a Uber and went back to our hotel. If I have to do thay tour again, I'll probably chose the other tour bus that has its own parking spot at the bayside, and which seemed to have buses coming in and out within shot period of time.

Our tour guide was very informative. Little Havana is a must-see. The boat tour on the second half of the trip was so much fun.

Enjoyed narration of celebrity homes during bus tour. Boat ride was overcrowded and only had one bartender, such that it took more than 30 minutes to get a drink. Bus tour guide did not share enough facts about Miami and it's landmarks. We were surprised the bus tour only went to Little Havana and then right to the boat dock
