The tour was fine until after the boat ride. There was not much information given about getting back to the bus. Bus was supposed to arrive at 5:30. It did not. We had to catch a city bus and navigate our way back after dark. The entire your group was lost. Very poor communication. Will never go again.

This tour was well worth every penny. Convenient on and off near our hotel in south beach. The variety of the tour was great. Loved the stop at little Havana. Bayside market was great. Nice little restaurant and then on to boat tour, which was very nice. Beautiful day to be out on the water. All the guides were excellent. Would highly recommend for visitors unfamiliar with the city to get a little taste of everything

Nice tour, worth $30. Others charge $45. Our bus tour guide was friendly and informative. The bus has speakers throughout so you can hear easily. We had a 30-min stop in Little Havana. We would have liked 45 min which would allow enough time to walk around and get a taste of authentic Cuban food. We didn't have time for a Cuban snack in Little Havana. The cruise was disappointing. It was crowded, noisy and not enough seats available. We had trouble hearing the cruise host because some of the speakers on the boat were not working and people were talking and creating a loud party atmosphere. The Bayside shopping area is very nice. I do recommend this trip as it does give you a good experience for $30. An improvement would be to charge just $5 more and reduce the number of people on the boat for a much more pleasant experience!
