Ok, so I try to find the positive in everything but honestly this tour was not good. Tropical depression hit, tried to call after seeing floating cars on the news in Miami. apparently, tour was not canceled, so rebooked (10 dollar fee PP to rebook???) but argued that one considering Miami had 4FT of water at the time of our tour. Then while on tour, a group of about 25 people didn't want to do the boat portion, so they rescheduled it for the next day. We were leaving that day, so asked for refund for that portion (not received yet) but they never consulted or told us until we arrived at marketplace. We were suppose to have an hour eating lunch at Marketplace but again the group of 25 didn't want to stay there and were told that we would have to find our own way back if we didn't board the bus to go back. The tour guide made inappropriate comments, played inappropriate music way too loud. This was the most embarrassing tour of a city I have ever attended. This company has issues internally and the tour guide felt that he needed to share his disgruntled issues he has with the manager. Not to mention how tips were constantly talked about from the beginning of the tour, during the tour and end of the tour. Not sure what I paid for except a very unprofessional tour of a great city. The Miami Board of Tourism should seriously look into how this company represents Miami because it really left a bad taste in my family's mouth. If this was my company, I would seriously sit down with everyone and have a serious talk because this was absolutely AWFUL. Viator, you should not be promoting this tour if you care about your reputation.

We got a decent tour of miami the boat ride was a little too hot to be on. It was very rushed and we had to go back to certain areas on our own time but it gave us an idea of where to go.

It was a terrible experience and the worse tour I and my friends have ever been on. The description of what the tour includes is not were the tour went. I sent the following email during the tour and have not heard back. I would like a full refund. I would like a full refund for the 5 tickets I purchased for the 1:30 tour and boat trip on June 6. The description on your website does not match the bus tour. All we did was drive to Little Havana and get escorted to several shops where we were incouraged to purchase items. We were then dropped off at the Bayside Market Place and told the the boat tour would leave at 4:45 an 90 minutes later. I asked was not told how we are suppose to get back to our car in Miami Beach. We are not taking the boat tour as we have been greatly disappointed in what your has shown us. Following is the description of what we would see on your tour from your website. As I mentioned we only went to Little Havana. I expect a reply and a full refund.
