We started the bus tour at a clear location. There was no bathroom, which was a problem from multiple guests. Once on the bus we were sold water by the bus driver. The location of where the tour starts did not have a bathroom. On the bus the tour guide was friendly, however we sat on the bus for approximately 15 minutes before departing just sitting in the heat while they sold water. The tour guide was able to do the tour in Spanish and English however the speaker system on the bus was subpar and it was very difficult to hear as we navigated through the city she was able to tell small tidbits about the city. We saw the downtown Miami Beach area and we went through the city on Ocean Drive or Collins and multiple buildings and historical facts were pointed out. Once we got to downtown Miami she also pointed out businesses along the way. Part of the tour we were in little Havana where we were herded like cattle from store to store and places where it appeared we were supposed to purchase items. The little Havana tour was the most disappointing part of the tour as there was no significant history or cultural stories we were heard it from tobacco store to souvenir store to another souvenir store and to a restaurant where we got tiny tiny cups of Cuban coffee and we were supposed to buy more souvenirs. And then to a place where they sold Mojito‘s and played a video of a band. The bus was clean. We were double city/boat tour. The second stop was at Bayside where we were dropped off at another restaurant where we were supposed to sit and eat and we had to wait on the boat people to give us tickets. Which appears to be another opportunity for us to go somewhere and spend money at a place where she recommended versus just giving us our tickets when we arrived at Bayside and the time and a location to meet. The boat ride was fun and entertaining the tour the captain on the boat gave wonderful animated stories I’m showing all the houses of the rich Bemus a millionaire roll roll. It was mostly the life of bull ride ride. Unfortunately, after the boat ride there were supposed to be a pick up bus that occurred every 30 minutes and we were there at 6:40 7 o’clock and 730 and there was no bus quite a few of the other tour people called for the bus. We nixed waiting on the bus and Uber back to our hotel. If you are looking for a low budget tour this may be the ticket for you. However there are other tours that are much better like the little Havana culinary tour .

It was a great combination of land and boat sights to see. A great way to explore the city and an very affordable cost. Definitely worth it!
