The trip to Little Havanna was very nice.However I did not like how the guide encouraged you to eat or buy from certain businesses.The boat tour was boring and it was hard to hear what the guide was saying.She only spoke Spanish as if everyone could understand.This is the third year We have used this company.IThis is the first time my experience was this bad.I was so disappointed and will pass this information on to my friends not to use this company.

Best part was going to Lil Havana, The Cuba coffee wasn't for me, but Iam nt a coffee drinker anyway and the Mimosa was sooooo good really sweeett. The only thing is I feel like its a lil unorganized u can easily get lost/left if u nt paying attention, but for $30 its a good trip.

We tried to prepay this tour, but were advised that we must arrive at the office 30 minutes before departure and pay then. The office only opens at 9a.m. for the 9-30a,m, tour, so there were dozens of people waiting, who then all crowd in together. Once paid, you are required to queue along the payment for 30 minutes - whatever the weather - whilst your, empty, bus pumps diesel fumes around you until 9-30a.m. The tour guide said 'you will see all Miami,' which we did not. We spent a long time in Little Havana, visiting shops he recommended. On arrival at the boat stop, he said 'the Captain will collect you here any minute, but the Captain failed to arrive so the guide directed us into a restaurant, where he recommended we sit and eat! We chose not to do this, but many others seemed to feel obliged to do so. The boat trip was good, but the Captain did not show for a later group, when we reboarded the bus, so, presumably he rarely does. We would avoid this tour at all costs.
