One of the worst tours we’ve been on. As others have commented, I wish I’d read the reviews before hand. Our hotel suggested this tour and I now realize they get a portion of the fee. We enjoyed seeing the sights but the ‘guides’ were not very informative. The bus and boat people all emphasized heavily that they wanted tips- tacky in my opinion. The stops we made herded us to places that obviously had deals with the tour co- like the restaurant where we had to sit down to get our boat tickets! We didn’t stay to eat there but others did. Look for a better option! We’ve done hop/on hop/off tours in other cities that were significantly better.

The tour was fine. But did not like the fact that you can only buy stuff from the stores they take you to. Even the lunch in the Bayside was fixed as they will give you the next tour ticket inside the restaurant of their choice. And the tour company does not have a restroom which was something they should have.Otherwise liked the tour.

This was the worst tour we’ve ever been on. Let me first warn you that it is a “cash only” payment situation. The double decker bus drives under many low hanging trees so we often had to duck to avoid being hit by branches. It also travels at high speeds on the highways and even the interstate, which didn’t seem safe to us. The biggest disappointment was the lack of info…none of us learned anything and didn’t see much of interest. The tour guide gave poor instructions for meeting back at the bus. The boat tour was frustrating because they allow people to stand, so if you’re seated, your only view is the backs of those standing. Once the boat tour finished, we were instructed to meet the bus back at the entrance to Bayside. We waited til 6:20…the bus was so late that we had to Uber back to the start so that we didn’t miss our dinner reservations at 7:00 (the entire tour was to end at 6:30…it’s a 20 min ride back from Bayside, plus longer with the evening traffic). Very disappointed in this tour…wish I had read all the negative reviews before wasting five hours on it.
