It’s literally a tourist trap, they all lie, want and ask for your money and tips all the time, on the way back they made us go on a minibus, we didn’t have enough sits and our safety got compromised, the lady in the office gave us a number of “the manager” and told us to call the day after to tell what happened, and of course they don’t answer the phone…

My husband and I decided to take a half-day tour with boat ride in Miami. I was very unsatisfied with this trip. I felt it was overbooked and very unprofessional. The speaker system on the bus is was full of static and made it annoying. The guide was not very knowledgeable and lacked skill in delivery. The area chosen for the guess to eat dinner or shop was not the best place throughout the tour that one could choose to eat at. The guide literally only gave us 45 minutes to go and scarf down our foods and hope to get service and back to the bus on time. The boat ride was over but my husband and I could not get a seat on the upper deck we had to sit on the bottom inside. We ordered one drink and it was $16 and it was a non-alcohol drink. all of the workers pretty much packed for tips several times and pretty much demanded them on the way out. . They would be better off posting signs and using an automated positive message requesting tips. Our guide tour joked in both Spanish and English that they like hundreds 50s 20s and fives. Personally made me not want to give them anything. But I did. bayside mall smells like a septic tank. If it was very difficult to breathe in the toxic fumes while we were there. I personally would never go on this chair again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
