The 1.5 hour Panoramic Night Tour has 2 daily departures at 6:30pm and 8pm. Suggested boarding time is 20-30 minutes prior to selected departure time. the staff did a good job...but the buses are dated and in need of TLC. Its hard to believe that both buses I boarded had no A/C in the lower level when the tempt was over 85 un muggy Phillie weather. Me and my GF had to cut out trip short because we felt it was not worth sweating more. There were some old folks who actually looked borderline heat stroke.

we had a blast. the tour guides were great. i'm from phila and i would recommend this to everyone. you can do as much or as little as you want. also learned some more history. thanks for a fun day.
