Buyer beware ! Tour was cancelled with no notification. We waited 40 mins at the meeting point, the whole time trying to call the company. The phone calls all went to voicemail. I also sent messages, emails and texts. Finally I was told 35 mins after the tour was to start, the tour was cancelled due to not getting enough numbers. I am actually an agent and booked it myself. They said they tried to contact me which is not true as I have had my phone on and emails - nothing. In fact I asked while messaging them to call me to sort the problem. Still no word. Opt for a more professional service when in Miami.

Really scant narration about the things we were seeing outside the bus, deposited in Little Havana for a small amount of time to spend money, ended at Bayside to get boat portion where we had to wait for an hour.

My wife and I missed this trip due to horrendous traffic in Miami. Our Hotel was 17 miles from the meeting point which our GPS said would take 30 minutes. We allowed an hour and a half to get there which we thought would be plenty of time but our journey ended up taking 2 Hours 10 minutes and we missed the trip. The guide was helpful and waited as long as he could but had to go. We were very disappointed!
