This was not the tour I thought I had booked. I wanted to actually see people making cigars in Little Havana and learn more about the people. The boat trip was nothing special. Our driver and guide where the best part of the tour.

For a first-time visitor of Miami I was pleased to get an overview of the city and beach areas. Small van filled quickly at two stops before the tour began. Tour director was excellent with lots of information at each stop or drive-by. Boat cruise was in the middle of the tour, leaving lunch for after 1 pm (so bring a snack if needed). There was plenty of time and choices for lunch on your own in Little Havana. All in all a very fine day.

This is the worse bus tour we ever took. Bus is too old. We couldn’t hear our tour guide at all( noise of traffic) It’s shame! We should have ear phones. Tour bus stopped at little Havana at restaurant that she highly advised-it was the worse and very expensive Cuban food! And I love and often have Cuban food. It’s last time that I was using TripAdvisor recommendation. What has happened to Your high standards? Your Webb show 6 hrs trip, but it was hardly 4.5 only and really bad quality. We are traveling a lot in USA and outside And it’s really shame that is falling behind. We just came back from Portugal and maybe your company should send somebody to Portugal or other country To learn how bus tours should have operated. And this happened in Miami!
