Our two young female guides Kyla and Bru were absolutely amazing. Made the whole experience wonderful. Would recommend this zip line to everyone. Doesn’t matter if you know what you’re doing or not, they made it very easy and. A lot of fun. Thanks ladies

We arrived to Talkeetna to pouring rain. I called to cancel our zip line right away based off the forecast for the day and the woman on the phone was rather rude when I inquired about safety in the rain and rain policy. They refused to refund even though the weather was horrible. I understand you can’t refund for everything and would have gone ahead if it was a light rain but it was pouring and I don’t understand how you could even zip line in the pouring rain. I would not recommend doing this based off the service I received and the fact that they don’t accommodate for weather.
