The timeliness of our pick up from the cruise port was on time. The driver was really courteous and very engaging. Overall great experience

Been here a dozen times for business and pleasure. Have used many companies and local cab service. First experience with VIATOR and was horrible! No sign with name as promised. No assistance with bags as promised -- in FACT - I had to look for the representative and OTHER companies showed us where they were!!!!! When we arrived, we had to wait for other customers - who went to wrong meet location --- and while waiting, they missed the receiving representative, went to pick-up and were sent along without us! leaving us to wait for another bus. Finally got to our hotel 1.5 hours later and after everyone from every other company already made it. On hotel pick-up for return ... they showed 20 minutes late, after telling me to arrive at pick-up 15 minutes early! Horrible!!!! I took a flat-rate cab for $30 less and controlled my own time and departure rather than wait for these folks .... I'll walk before I ever take them again!!

Best way to get to and from the Airport to Hotel accommodation. Reasonable price, efficient, friendly, on time. This company was awesome. Will definitely pick them again.
