Vehicles are collapsible wheelchair accessible, on request if advised at time of booking. However the driver is unable to assist passengers boarding and disembarking due to insurance regulation
Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage and 1 personal item at no additional cost
Children under 5 years old can travel for free as long as they will be traveling on an adult lap.
There's an extra charge for transporting a car seat as it's considered a special item.

On time and helpful with the luggage. Took us right to curb side service to unload the larger luggage. Also received a reminder call. Glad it wasn't using apps or that I would have to have my computer with me.

We were with the 7:30 AM ship disembarkation group. VIP driver was already at the port. Perfect on time pickup.... Driver called to advise of his vehicle location at the ship port and description. Took us directly to the Honolulu Airport and the Southwest gate. Handled our luggage. Great and timely experience.

Its quick and easy. The call center personnel that confirms your trips are all friendly and helpful. I love talking to the drivers to get some info on what's happening in the area. The shuttle service also acts like a little sight seeing tour of sorts. The best part is when a driver recommends certain restaurants and spots to see or do along the route.
