Transport van arrived on time and driver, Herbert, called to let me know he was there. He drove us to the airport from the cruise terminal with no problems!

in Honolulu, the VIP shuttle bus company is unprofessional and does not keep to a schedule and never arrived as booked. I cannot recommend VIP shuttle buses at least in Honolulu. All other schedule transports with Viator went very smoothly especially those that used either Uber or Lyft vehicles.
