Always come on time. Service is good. I like their drivers. They are very friendly and helpful with luggage. Don't forget to tip them! I will use them again.

Shuttle driver was actually early and driver was very courteous and helpful. Communication was very good and people actually answer the phone when called. Will use service again.

Somehow VIP overlooked our departure transfer booking. I had to chase them up by phone to organise a pickup. Earlier text messages to Viator requesting the pickup time place yielded nothing. All told a poor experience.
