So, I have to say that as a local of Sarasota this tour was so unique and FUN! We got to meet two different couples, it was kind of refreshing to go to dinner with strangers as we all became friends quickly and got to know each other while we sipped wine and walked together downtown. The tour guide was funny, informative and made everyone feel welcome. I learned a lot of about the history of my own town which was neat! I would recommend this food tour to anyone who is looking to do something unique. My wife and I enjoyed everything from the food, to the tour guide, and most of all the history learned and great memories made. You won't regret going!

It was an amazing tour of down town Sarasota and a good variety of different types of foods! Left with the perfect amount of food in my stomach! Had an amazing time. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Saturday evening I had the opportunity with several couples to experience a restaurant tour in downtown Sarasota by Sunset Food Tours. We enjoyed delightful and PLENTIFUL cuisine at four unique local restaurants and then topped the evening off with homemade gelato at a locally-owned shop. The ginger flavor was yummy! Our tour guide Evan was charming, very knowledge and funny. Throughout the tour he gave us tidbits of history about Sarasota and even stopped to tell us about a few local sculptures. This tour is definitely worth the money. If you are looking for an upscale food tour in Sarasota this is the one for you.
