The view over Manhattan is amazing, we've absolutely enjoyed. The entrance is quickly and organized. Highly recommended

This is the one with an outdoor platform 1200 ft up! The platform is surrounded by thick glass leaning outwards! Even the bravest hesitate to lean back against the glass! There is an optional triangular section with glass flooring, through which you see the world underneath. Cool!

I will never buy anything through Viator!!! I needed to change the time on my tickets - and in spite of what it says on your website, that I will be able to make changes - when I tried to make the change - I got a message saying that I can't change my tickets only cancel it and if I cancel the tickets I will not get a refund! This is a fraud!! I left a couple of messages on your voicemail and wrote to your email address and sent text messages - but NO ONE bothered to get back to me - I will make sure to let everyone I know to stay away from your company and whatever services you sell!!!
