Watched weather forecast, but when we arrived we were told there was zero visibility From obsetvation deck. We were from out of state and learned we could use our tickets up to one year. Get info how to do that, if this happens to you!

it was raining and we weren’t allowed to go on the glass. i would have loved to know this before i purchased the tickets. i expressed this to several people there and the response was the same. “we can’t control the weather” very frustrating and irritating especially when speaking to management. as we were leaving i asked about our complimentary photo that was promised with our ticket. the girl i spoke to heard my question but blatantly ignored me and started slowing walking away. i never got an answer or my photo. i would love to get my money back if i could. i’m not from the area so another ticket does nothing for me.
