Well Organized... Great Experience. Great View, an Great opportunityto take a global view of the city. The perfect way to see Central Park.. Brooklyn Bridge and New Jersey from the same place.

Such a disappointment… Letting too many people inside the elevator and the roof, trash on the floor, only one elevator downstairs (15-20 minutes waiting time), drunk people being very loud. If you are deciding between different observatories, choose One World Trade Center or Empire State Building. This wouldn’t be my first choice. It’s overrated and overpriced. Views are amazing though.

First I must say I have already spent a week in NYC and I had already visited all observatories before this one, all had incredible service and people of NYC is very nice and polite. However, my experience at the entrance of this observatory was awful. I got there by 1pm on sept 23th, and one of the security crew treated me like a terrorist or something, while everyone was treated very nice he kept asking me eagerly about if I had knives,weapons with loud voice he asked repeatedly to close my bag,while I was already doing that, He assumed I spoke Spanish and kept screaming “cierra!,cierra!”, and everyone looking at the situation. after he didn’t find “my weapons” he just changed his attitude and acted like a different person. In the other side, the sight is wonderful, but still I wouldn’t go there again.
