Wonderful view, but the security personnel were awful. One security guard at a check point was very rude. BTW, bring an electronic ticket for the paper tickets you can print ahead of time don’t work.

I wanted a guided tour. Or at least headphones! Also direction of red carpet was very confusing!! Wanted a map to identify bldgs when on observation deck
