We came in an organised tour and I was literally left scratching my head. We were directed to a boat, give. The safety drill and we took off only to head back to the dock due to engine issues. Back on a new boat these engines also had issues and the speaker didn’t work to give commentary. We were lucky to see one gator but the feast of the time was looking and waiting. On getting off the boat a staff member pulled the roof of the boat just as I was getting out meaning I hit my head. Ouch. The captain was excellent but let down by equipment

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We hope you made some great memories on your adventure, and we'll be sure to pass your compliments along to the Captain. The alligators you see on the airboat tours are wild animals and although we do our best to put our guests in the right spot to see as many alligators as possible, sometimes the gators just don’t cooperate with us. Part of the reason we have the gator shows are so that everyone has a chance to see and learn about the alligators up close in case they don’t see too many of them on their tour. I do hope that you decide to give our park another chance in the future! Thank you again for your feedback.

We needed to kill time after debarkation before our flights back home. Booked the Everglades Holiday Park tour with transport to MIA through the ship. We were met at the port by a representative who stored our luggage and directed us to the air conditioned bus used to transport us to Everglades Holiday Park. The driver told us facts about Miami and the Everglades during our 30 minute ride to the park. Driver kept our personal items locked in the van and stayed on site with us during the excursion so that was helpful. Extremely hot day and not many shaded areas in the park to keep cool so that was difficult. Water (and food) was overly priced so bring your own if you can! Never been on an air boat so that was great fun and the captain was very knowledgeable about the Everglades and definately kept us entertained! Saw several alligators, iguanas and other wildlife. My teen daughter was a bit disappointed that we didn't see more but we can't control mother nature! After the air boat ride we watched a presentation featuring Animal Planet's "Gator Boys". Not sure what I was expecting to see but the show was lackluster - possibly due to the extreme heat that day - the 'gator wasn't co-operating! Did learn quite a bit from the Gator Boys and he included a lot of humor in his "act". Shortly after that, we were taken to MIA. I would probably give this tour a second chance and go again but it would be in weather that wasn't so hot. I will say, on a good note, there were no mosquitos at the time.

Amazing place to visit. Never been in an airboat before so is definitely a new experience for me and my family. My kids had a blast and I will definitely go back again... highly recommend this place if you're looking to do something with your family...👍
