First-time boat captain/guide hardly talked at all...said it was his first day after being surprisingly promoted from a mechanic. Felt like he was thrown into guiding that day without any rehearsal or script, or material to add to the tour...was mostly silent and non-informative. Also, could not hear a single thing he was saying over the loudspeaker...crummy equipment. The tour itself covers a ridiculously small area of the everglades and the cattle boats are very loud with no ear protection provided by the tour...even simple foam plugs would have been a nice add-on. The alligator show was good but short. Would definitely recommend a more thorough tour of the everglades elsewhere if you really want to get the experience.

Tour director said it was his first day,previously was mechanic. Uninformed,said little and when he got on mic you could not hear him. Tour included photo booth which was not operating. Quite disappointing for the cost!

Good family experience. And we seen 4 gators during the tour. Kids love it! Weather was perfect. Worth it.
