Car was on time and got us to our location. However, we ordered a luxury sedan and a guy in blue jeans and a t shirt showed up in a mini van. The car had a very disturbing odor and the driver was fairly erratic. We got out of the car about 5 blocks before our location because we were nauseous and a little uncomfortable with his aggressive driving. Throughout the ride, his phone got notifications of other other pickups he could make. It was clear that this is a ride sharing service, nit a private car service. If you are expecting anything other than Uber/lift when ordering the luxury sedan, it's not. Price was fine, but not the bill of goods that are advertised on website.
