We saw alligators and iguanas throught the ride. The tour guide was great and made sure everyone was able to see the wildlife.

We were rushed from the time we arrived. Hurry up and buy a ticket. Hurry up and get in line to get a picture, hurry up and get to the show which was already in progress, hurry up and get to the boat. The employees were telling our group number to hurry up and move a long. We missed seeing all the animals or walking around bc of being rushed by staff. After our boat ride we tried to go back to look at the animals and they wouldn’t let us back in and told us no sorry. We went to get out pictures and surprisingly they were free with our package which was nice. We informed the clerk what happened. She was very nice and offered us a rain check to see another show but we were leaving the next morning. Seems very commercialized. Not very personalized. The younger people working are not friendly. Won’t be back.
