We opted to do the VIP tour, and it was nice. Emily was our Animal Encounter guide, and she was amazing! She's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The gator show was quite entertaining, and the boat ride was nice.

We enjoyed the airboat and the alligator show. Captain Jimbo could have had a little more personality we were sad we didn’t get Captain Chad. Totally worth the money

My second time visiting. Always an enjoyable ride. The boats are covered so no beating down sun. The show is short but hearty. There is an outdoor cafe menu of Cajun food. The inside store has souvenirs, drinks and snacks as well. The picture of you getting to hold the gator is amazing. A perfect 1/2 day family trip. The hosts are great and funny so tip them!
