An enjoyable experience from start to finish. We were collected from a hotel and driven to the park by Tom, who was very friendly and chatty. He also looked after us at the park getting our airboat tickets and arranging the photos with the baby alligator. The airboat ride through the Everglades was great, made all the better by Captain ‘Babyface’ as he pointed out the various wildlife.

Our amazing, friendly and informative driver Bruce, picked us up at our hotel and kept us entertained along the way to the Everglades Holiday Park with history about the area and what to expect once we arrived. He provided us bottled water, VIP stickers, arm bands, and led us around the park so we knew where to board our Air Boat and attend the Alligator show afterwards. Our AirBoat pilot was Chris (Crispy). He was comical and did a great job at giving us a thrilling ride! We felt safe at all times, and helped us see several alligators in their natural surroundings! Bruce got us to the front of the line for everything, so we certainly felt like VIP's! The Alligator show after the boat ride was hosted by Kevin. He did a fun presentation with live alligators that was very interesting and interactive (from behind glass, of course!) We even got to hold a baby Alligator and Bruce took our picture with it for us, plus the park included a professional, framed picture also. The entire trip went superbly, great value for the money, and all the staff we interacted with were professional and went above and beyond! We would certainly recommend this tour when visiting the Southern Florida area! Perfect for all ages too! Thanks very much, to Bruce especially! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Took my son on this excursion and had an amazing time. Thomas, our driver and guide through the park, was entertaining and informative and made it feel like a VIP experience. Enjoyed the boat ride, the alligator show after and love our souvenir pic with the baby alligator. Definitely worth doing if you are visiting FLL or surrounding area.
