Trip was not what was advertised
There was supposed to be a half hour stop at the South rim which never happened because we never got there.
Trip was not as long as advertised.
Equipment was old and very uncomfortable for four people in the back seats.
Would refuse to fly on any airplane in such conditions.
No room to turn to take photos

First off ... the pilot appeared bored out of his mind ... there was no audio commentary just elevator music, so the pilot's comments during the flight are required ... and he was fairly muted.
The tour barely dipped below the rim ... mostly an 'over flight' .... he did not even say anything when we turned around. The helicopter was very small and cramped ...
I would try a different tour company for your money ...
