Seeing downtown at dusk was amazing. The shadows in the Grand Canyon were beautiful. Our pilot was professional and fun.

Once we arrived it was great - staff was friendly pilot (Ray and Jordan) were phenomenal (A++ tour guides). However the booking process was difficult.. the exchanges through the site were rude and unenjoyable. Pick up really frustrated me (I am a planner) when they arranged it I asked them specifically where we should meet and all I got was your hotel will tell you. Ok great. Sounds simple right? We are at the venetian and we asked 3 (not 1.. not 2.. but 3) staff of the hotel who instructed us to a spot where they believed we would be picked up (right outside the hotel lobby).. we then get a call we need to be on the ground floor.. which was actually under the expo conference centre (staff on the phone were helpful to guide us through the hotel down to the expo to the parking) but the driver was unimpressed by us and unhelpful... the irony was they dropped us off where we were waiting. Sigh. I couldn't secure a pick up time which made things hard to plan and I could tell they were annoyed by me asking as they would answer in 5-7 word answers in all caps... but once there is was great ♡

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the area and history. Mike is the best pilot period. Very smooth ride!
