Our tourist guide was very fluent with English and Spanish . She gives emphasis on important places and events . She talks spontaneously , No idle moments .She is able to get the groups attention with the informations that she shares .I definitely will recommend this trip with Viator .Our driver drives very smoothly and safely the whole day trip was not exhausting that really is of big help .

Very confusing information on pick up point meant we missed the trip- even native new Yorkers couldn't identify the location . The taxi apparently dropped us at wrong location. There are at least 3 Lids stores in times square area. We tried the contact phone number at 5am but nobody answered, this meant we could not rush round to the correct location for bus. We were accosted by several homeless guys as we waited for 45 minutes from 4.45 am - a very disturbing experience for 2 females. We requested but were refused a refund, our reason being lack of someone picking up phone on contact number. Very disappointed as we have used Viator before with no problems

We are sorry that you could not find the meeting point, we verified what happened on the day of your tour, however, we had other tourists that arrived on time at the meeting point without any problem. This was a birthday present for my husband whilst we were in New York and it did not disappoint. I was concerned that we would not have much time around the sites but I should not have been worried. Alicia and Hose were amazing. Alicia was so knowledgeable and gave us lots of information. We went to Arlington, Lincoln memorial which was amazing, the White House which was amazing, Capitol Hill, Liberty bell, then The museum where Rocky ran up the steps which of course my husband and I did in 40 seconds lol. It was a really good day and highly recommend.
