Our Pilot Michael shared lots of interesting facts about the area that we found fascinating We enjoyed our trip tremendously and hope to do it again one day It’s true that everything looks different from the air and even better from a helicopter The shuttle bus the drivers the facility and staff were wonderful Highly recommend this trip for all ages

The company cancelled on us. They were polite about it but we were horribly disappointed. They tried to book us on a 3:00 after the 10 am failed. At 2:30 they cancelled the 3:00.

Thank you for your feedback. Helicopter tours do require a minimum number of passengers to operate. Viator do state this in their cancellation information; This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
