To see Grand Canyon from far above - the sun was blinding us for a tour in the morning - overall it is ok - I thought I am going to see more

The trip was great. Our pilot, Jessie, was a great pilot and tour guide. She handled the helicopter with a smooth hand. The views were amazing. Service overall from the pickup to the drop off was excellent.

The views of the Strip, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and the Grand Canyon were amazing. Our pilot, "Mad Dog", was fantastic. Only complaint had to do with the hotel pick up. Was never notified of the pick up time, had to call tour operator the day before to find out. I was told on the phone about an hour before departure time but I would be notified with a time that afternoon, but was never contacted. We were ready an hour before departure time and the driver was surprised we were not notified. Everything worked out in the end.
