This tour was absolutely fantastic. We had originally booked to do the tour where you land at the Western Rim but I think this is a much better experience and I'm glad we ended up doing it. There were 6 of us in the helicopter along with our excellent pilot Austin! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and we enjoyed travelling with him. The front seats are definitely the best. It's pricey but I think it was worth it. You get picked up and brought to Boulder City which is about a 40 minute drive from the strip and brought back again afterwards. Would definitely recommend

We did the extended tour. 5 Star picked us up from our hotel and took us to the airport at Boulder City where they fly from and dropped us at the hotel after we were done. Our pilot was great. The flight is about 1.5 hours return. The ride from the strip to Boulder City is about 30 to 45 minutes depending how many pick ups they have. We had six passengers in the helicopter. 4 in the back and 2 in the front next to the pilot. Front seats are much better.

Vince was a great pilot and tour guide. It was my wife's first ride in a helicopter and we were able to celebrate our 25th anniversary in style. it was my first time visiting the Grand Canyon I highly recommend this tour and this company.
