Took this tour for husbands birthday with other couple that traveled with us. I was apprehensive on how this would feel. After we got in the air,I was fine. What a wonderful experience. Our pilot was a joy to spend time with. You could tell he really enjoyed what he does and was very knowledgable as well. That made me feel at ease as well. We hgv and a great time. Would recommend to anyone wanting to try this. Well worth the money! Thanks again to our pilot AUSTIN! Awesome time! Best to you AUSTIN! And to 5 Star.

The flight was amazing with some breathtaking views of the canyon . Would definitely do this again. P.s. our pilot Brandon rocks! Hope to get him again next time

Hey guys! Hoping to help out the next traveler here by telling you to be prepared to have unexpected changes on this booking! We signed up for a 90 minute air-only helicopter tour. We were picked up from our hotel on time- 2 p.m. We were then told we had another couple who would be joining us which was unexpected but no big deal we like to meet new people! Unfortunately, this couple would take over our whole trip. We went to their hotel to pick them up and had to wait an extra 35 minutes because the boyfriend was missing. We finally picked him up and were advised that we would be doing a "joint" tour since there was a mix up with the scheduling. So basically they took our booking and combined it with another couple who had a scheduled landing at an Indian reservation. This included taking off and landing twice- (My wife is not good with helicopters and the 2nd landing made her throw up). What was supposed to be a 90 minute air- only tour ended up taking us about 5 hours from start to finish. We missed our couples massage at the hotel which was non -refundable. Ultimately the woman I Spoke to gave me $25 off each passenger and tried to convince me that we got more than what was promised. THAT IS NOT THE POINT! We signed up for something- and got something else. On a side note- our pilot was AMAZING! 20 out of 10 stars. His name is Jimmy and he made the whole trip bearable. Hopefully you get Jimmy too!

We apologize for your disappointment and regret that your wife became sick, we do recommend that guests speak with a doctor if they suffer from travel sickness as a common medicine for car sickness can help. On occasion it is necessary to combine tours as is stated in our terms, however, we never downgrade and what you received was an upgrade. You can only experience a private tour if you purchase all six seats so all of our tours are shared and guests should expect to be flying with other people. Our Air only tour is advertised as approximately 4 hours hotel to hotel depending on traffic and our landing tours approximately 4.5 to 5 hours depending on traffic. We are happy to read that you enjoyed your pilot Jimmy, we will be sure to thank him. Thank you again for your review and we will be sure to review with management how to better inform our guests of possible upgrades to tour Itinerary.
