This was one tour on my list to do. So the hotel was sold out, and we booked though this agency as there were tour companies every few doorstops. So we boarded the doubldecker bus, but we were the only ones to sit on the bottom of the bus. We werre down there with the driver and he only communicated with the people on the top. I happened to see people exiting the bus and then we got up to leave. He never said a word. The bus wasn't the cleanest and about midway into the bus ride, I had to use the bathroom. It was so nasty. I still don't feel clean. There was no toilet paper and the hand sanitizer was almost gone. Luckily, I had my own tissues and hand sanitizer. Please wait to use the park facilities. Also, I thought we were going to the Everglades National Park and not this place. The tour was not specific. It just said Everglades. It was sunny, but it only briefly. Ok, so we boarded the airboat. Our guide was knowledgeable. I forgot his name. We road around the swamp for 20 minutes. I live where I can see aligators on the regular, so I didn't care about seeing them, and there were none. Then the rain came. We went to the gift shop. I was looking for items that said "Everglades", but there was not much of that. We left without buying anything. We all waited under a shelter to stay out of the rain. The bus came back and we left. The price was $55/person.
