Terrific tour. Our guide Haley was excellent, with knowledge of Yellowstone nature and history. She made extra effort to make sure we saw everything and were comfortable.

First of all, I want to state that our family have been taking tours in the US and in Europe for over 10 years and our Tour Guide Haeli was the BEST Tour Guide we have ever had. She was punctual and extremely accommodating to all of us on the tour. We started in The Grand Tetons and she received insider information that bears were spotted near us. We ventured towards where she was told the bears were located and didn’t see any bears. We traveled a few miles and she received another hot tip that the bears had moved. We went to that location and what a sight we beheld. We saw a Mama Bear and her two cubs and another Grizzly Bear. We then traveled to Yellowstone and saw Old Faithful, geysers, waterfalls, canyons and more wildlife. Haeli was very knowledgeable about the wildlife, the history and all aspects of the area. If you are considering taking this tour, don’t hesitate, book it now. It is well worth the investment. Thanks Haeli and Brushback Tours for being the highlight of our trip.

People weren’t kidding when they said the 12 hours goes by quickly. Early start (bring something for breakfast or plan to get by on provided snacks or convenience store food on way till lunch) and I’m wiped out now at the end of the day, but thoroughly enjoyed the day with Bobby as did my kids. He entertained us all with trivia, interesting information and insight, and corny, punny jokes. He was very knowledgeable, thoughtful and good humored. Everything from awesome geysers and hot springs to waterfalls to beautiful panoramic vistas, mountains and lakes. And huckleberry and moose tracks ice cream. :) As for wildlife, we saw plenty elk some of them with calves up quite close, bison with calves up close as they crossed and walked alongside our vehicle, mule deer, one of two swan pairs in the park, ducks, and just before we left the park, a huge grizzly off in the distance. Didn’t manage to catch any wolves which would’ve been a long shot or black bears but we left pretty happy with what we did get to see. Bobby doesn’t suck, and he showed us plenty of “chickens” when other game was playing hard to get. Highly recommend.
