Our guide Steve was so knowledgeable and kept the whole trip enjoyable He went out of his way to make sure that we saw elk, moose, prong horned antelope, mule deer and even a black beer. This trip was well worth the price. I would highly recommend it. And ask for steve as a guide he is just wonderful

We flew in to Jackson Hole on September 2 from LAX. And we are scheduled to fly back to California on September 4. Literally, we only have 1 full say in Jackson Hole to see the Grand Teton and Yellowstone. And that's why we decided to take a guided tour that would take us efficiently to the places and sight that we wanted to see. Otherwise, we could have done it on our own, rent a car, stay a few days here and there and of course planned a longer stay in Wyoming. We drove to and from LAX 2 to 3 hours, for one way. We paid $100 for airport parking. We paid $2000+++ for our plane fare and hotel accommodation for this trip and all we saw was a few spots on the Grand Teton. Though the Brushback Company where we book this tour refunded us in full for the tour but the rest of our expenses and the hassle that we went through to see these supposed sights can never be returned. That's why I only gave 2 stars. My opinion on this is the company should have a good running vehicle at all times if they were to take people in long distances especially if the trip duration is as long as 12 to 13 hours. We can't be angry at the company for this but I do hope that this would be an opportunity for them to making it better or avoiding these things from happening again.

We apologize that you were not able to experience Yellowstone and appreciate that you understand that vehicle issues prevented your tour from commencing. For all future guests, please remember that wherever you may be traveling in the world, leave enough time for possible mishaps in your schedule. Covid, fires and flooding in the parks, late flights...the list goes on with examples of why you don't want to leave a very short window to experience bucket-list trips. We hope you have a wonderful upcoming holiday season!

We took a family day trip to Yellowstone from Jackson Hole, WY. There were six of us in the van. We were picked up on time by the most personable young woman tour guide that you could ask for. The day started out rainy, but we still saw some moose right away. Jess was a fount of information, and new all about the animals and the history of the park, plus she was so much fun! She even taught me a new word - crepuscular! The weather turned beautiful, and the rest of the tour was just as good. Jess helped us avoid the crowds and see everything we wanted to see with no hassle. It was a perfect trip, and she provided a delicious lunch. All in all, it was a beautiful, relaxing and educational day!
