This was a public tour, but we were only 4 people. Kenny, our guide and driver, was amazing: Not only did he show great knowledge of the area (Grand Tetons and Yellowstone), its history and sites, he also provided a tailor made tour. When tourist traffic got too heavy he adjusted the rout and made sure we saw all the wonderful sites of Yellowstone. Kenny knew exactly where to stop too see the wildlife - only bears and moose decided not to cooperate. So, unless you have a week or more to explore this area this tour is THE way to go, especially if you are lucky enough to get Kenny.

Our family only spent 2 nights and one full day in Jackson as part of our cross country drive. To get the most of our limited time there, we booked this tour and was treated to a long, full day with a lot of sights and experiences thanks to our guide Jessica. The tour started out inauspiciously with a vehicle problem with our first guide van and our full group was squeezed into Jessica’s nearly empty van to make the best of the situation. This put us a bit behind of schedule but we made good use of the time and was able to visit Old Faithful and other thermal features, Artist Point, and seek out wildlife throughout the park. Jessica was very knowledgeable and kept our group engaged throughout the entire tour. If we’re ever in the area in the future, we’ll need to plan a few more days to fully experience the grandeur of Yellowstone. If you don’t have the time, this tour is a Must!

We were very happy with our tour. While this particular tour is considered a public tour, we were a group of 8 (2 couples and a family of 4) and very comfortable on a long travel day. Clint was the consummate professional. He blended the history of the area with plenty of anecdotes to keep it interesting. The weather was not too cooperative on the day of our tour, but Clint adjusted and we never got soaked. He timed the viewing of Old Faithful perfectly as we were able to view an eruption at the same time a thunderstorm moved into the area. In the Tetons we saw two bull moose, a cow and two calves. A mama black bear was foraging on a forest floor and two cubs were high in a tree. Into Yellowstone we saw elk, pronghorn, deer and bison. I would highly recommend this company and this tour. It’s great if time is short at the park or if a more in-depth day is planned. This tour provides a broad overview and the major sights without having to drive it.
