Explore the natural wonders of Molokini Crater, a volcanic islet 3 miles (4.8 km) off the coast of Maui, on this snorkeling tour from Maalaea. Surrounded by clear tropical waters, this extinct cone is home to many species of marine life, such as fish, sea urchins, sharks, manta rays, and coral. Molokini is a marine preserve, meaning nothing can be disturbed, keeping the island and underwater environment pristine. You'll also explore Turtle Town, and admire native birds. Two water slides, a glass bottom viewing room, and a "leap of faith" are also available if you don't want to snorkel or finish early. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, soda, and juice are included.

This was a fantastic excursion. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stopped at two locations. We saw whales, sea turtles, numerous fish and a monk seal. Breakfast and lunch was provided.

Great crew, tons of food, my expectations were low on the food part and they did a great lunch, it exceeded my expectations. There was constantly something to eat which you do work up an appetite in the water, and $2 craft beers is a great deal (I think they had mixed drinks too, all after you are done in the water of course). The water was chilly this time of year and I appreciated the wetsuit they provided - it was very nice. I get cold easily, if you do as well I would listen to their recommendation on whether you should use one. Would highly recommend the tour, they did a great job.

The Calypso and staff were great. The food was good. The snorkeling was Ok. We did not see much in the area, which is quite popular for snorkeling. It ended up being a trip to middle of the ocean. I am sure there are times when snorkeling in the area is great.
