Booking made online , very friendly service , Good bikes , Ferry better book yourself , is cheaper, , good bike paths, map and bag on the bike

Beautiful city.. recommended to walk through the golden gate... eat clam chowder in pier 39 ,, get on a cable car.. buy chocolates in Ghirardelli Square

Our trip was fine until Sausolito, when 1 of inze 2 e-bikes was almost empty. Very bad service afterwards!!! Customer unfriendly.

Hi again Jordan/ Ep/ Dan, We include free rescue service for our renters. However, if riders have issues and don't call, there is nothing we can do to help during the rental. You can also reach us by WhatsApp! Our rescue service is advised when you rent, reiterated on the handlebar Map in front of you, and likewise shown on the shop walls around you as you leave. We wish you had taken advantage of it- No one has to suffer and can have a refreshed bike brought to them!!!
