We stumbled upon this experience a few years ago and recently came back to do it again. It was even better than I remembered! Garl knows the area very well and knows just where to bring visitors in to experience the Everglades in a way you really could not do on your own. Viewing wildlife in such an authentic way was well worth the money for a full day trip. It was an amazing day and I really cannot recommend it enough!

Garl's navigated through the Everglades for many years and is an amazing guide. We saw lots of different wildlife and he was able to navigate smoothly during both the kayaking and hiking portions. Would recommend if you're trying to see the nature side of the Everglades.

We booked a full-day trip having never kayaked before. My husband and I absolutely loved our day! It was amazing. Garl is so knowledgable about the Everglade's plant and wildlife. In addition to learning so much, Garl is just about the nicest person you ever want to meet. We will never forget our day and would like to go again. We are in our mid-fifties, never kayaked before and had too much fun to worry about anything. We always felt safe. Garl knows the area like the back of his hand. I would recommend deep woods off for the mosquitoes though. I highly recommend this adventure!!
