Came here for the full day tour of Everglades and ot lived up to all my expectations. We started at 11am at a large local fruit stand and then went by van to the park. On the drive we stopped to observe a mother alligator with 2 babies then we took an hour slog through mud and water along a gator trail to a cypress dome/alligator hole where we watched Sneaky the gator swimming around. Then we loaded back up to go to 9 mile pond where we had a 2 hour kayak around the mangroves observing birds, Florida gar, alligators and a crocodile. We then drive over to the bay for a 3-4 mike paddle out into the 10,000 islands. We coasted back to the sunset and a bottle of wine. We then took a night hike on a boardwalk to observe dozens of gators feeding using provided red light flashlights. Finished up about 9pm.
I would do it again. Don't forget long sleeves, water shoes for the slogging and bug spray for the bay paddling.
