I LOVE the GO City passes! I've used them in London and Honolulu as well as Boston. Yes, you do save lots of money! Even if you only get a one day pass. And I just learned that you can use a multiple day pass to RE enter ones you've already gone to on a different day (except the Hop on/off bus, I believe). - at least in Boston. Easy to use; just follow their directions on the site - grab the app., where all the directions are under each attraction. Apparently I saved $192.00 buying the 5 day pass (by my calculation as well as theirs). I could kick myself for not purchasing the 7 day pass for a tiny bit more. I was there with my daughter who had a conference and the 5 day pass was more than she could do. I forgot I had 2 extra days without her. Bummer! Also, get a Charlie Card/Ticket if here for at least 6-7 days for buses and subways (use to return for Logan Airport - or $2.60 for a one way ticket). I'm not a public transit person either, but once I learned the subway lines, it's well worth $22.00 for a week's ride. Only other time I used the subway/bus system was in London with their $31.00 "oyster" card. After 4 days, I had $1.25 to spare, which included to/from Heathrow Airport. Just take time to acclimate yourself (coming from a person who is nervous/afraid of the "unknown") with the subway lines and enjoy for less $$!! I always love the Hop On/Off Buses and drivers; Fenway Park; Isabelle Stuart Gardner Museum; the Harbor Cruise; Aquarium were all great! I enjoyed the Harvard tour, but not the MIT tour. The MIT student led person I did not care for. Paul Revere House was cool to look in - but only a couple of rooms. Doesn't take but a few mins. Then go to the N. Church - just for history's sake.
