I purchased Go City passes (all inclusive) for my family vacation. We've also done this in other cities. This time around we noticed several tours that you had to put in a credit card to secure a reservation and when you swipe your Go City barcode, your card would not be charged. We did this and had trouble with one tour in particular that charged our card and will not refund our money. So essentially we paid for Go City passes and then again for a tour that was supposed to be free with that Go City pass. When I tried to straighten this out with Go City I got an arrogant unhelpful rep who did nothing. When I said I wanted a manager she assured me one would call within 3-4 hours and one never did. SAVE YOUR MONEY! DON'T BUY THESE PASSES.

Great experience. Lots of good choices. Definitely worth the money! Architectural boat tour is a must! Hop on hop off bus is a good way to learn the city
